Fun read - the dialog reminded me of a modern version of the the Tracy and Hepburn movies - you've got to love a heroine who refers to the hero as 'Chitty Chitty Fang Fang'... The action definitely takes a backseat to the sex/relationship...

This is one spicy paranormal tale. Jack and Rowan are very likeable. Both are very stuborn. Jack has always been attracted to Rowan but she always avoided him. After Jack kidnaps her the sparks start to fly. I loved Rowan. She was witty and very outspoken. The sex between those two was hot. Jack is one sexy vampire who can bite me anytime.

Erotic Paranormal romance from Ellora's Cave. Rowan is the daughter of a wealthy, influential man. Jack is her father's head of security. When threats are made against Rowan, it's up to Jack to keep her safe. Jack has been attracted to Rowan since he met her, and she's been ignoring him for just as long. Rowan is no shrinking violet, and Jack loves that. But, Jack has a secret, he's a vampire. But, can he keep her safe from the lunatic out to kill her? This is an easy, read, read it in less than a day. The characters are fun and likeable, the ploy predictable, the sex scenes are scorching. The story is better than fair.
