This was a different and interesting book for me. The narrator is a dog. Not an ordinary dog though but one who has lived centuries. In that time he is dedicated to one man, the one who gave him this immortality, his master. This is a book about his journey.
At times the book got confusing when it kept switching back and forth from one time period to another. Also, there were parts in the book that ran very slow. All in all I did enjoy the book. It just took me longer to get through then usual but still happy I read it.
