A nice little book about tea, and how to make it and serve it in both children's and adult tea parties!
Mary writes about the art of tea-making. Great book with photographs of of teapots and settings and some of Mary's artwork as well. The author shows beautiful different types of teapots.
She gives examples of the different types of tea i.e. Darjeeling often called the champagne of teas is quite expensive. it is the first pick in the spring in the Himalayas. it is labeled flowery orange pekoe and golden flowery orange pekoe made from bud tip leaves. She discusses many different types of teas and what they blend well with including herbal teas.
She also discusses different types of teas parties. For example a wedding tea or tea indoors and out and gives suggestions and recipes of accompaniment items to serve.
