Caleb Hornblower crashed his spaceship through a gateway to the past and finds himself in 20th century Oregon. He is found laying along a mountain road by Liberty Stone who takes him back to her remote cabin. Libby has a hard time believing she is sheltering a man from the future. She also knows that she is falling in love with a man who will be leaving her soon...to a place she can't follow.

This is an older category romance by Nora Roberts and not one of my favorites. I thought the only highlight of the book was Cal meeting Libby's parents who were former flower-children of the 60's. My rating: 3 Stars.
