Deliciously creepy with a guaranteed happy ending, this felt like an earlier Quick historical without any paranormal elements, which I appreciated. I very much enjoy her quirky characters and this one has a good mystery too.
I am not a fan of historical romance fiction but this one was ok.
Ms. Quick cannot do anything wrong in my eyes! Very good read.
