Great history in this tale of a Viking Odyssey. The voyages of Hakon. A fisheman's son is struck by lightning, kidnapped by raiders, taken to Constantinople, where he becomes part of the Emperor's guard, get's caught up on a raid on teh Welsh coast and is driven across the Atlantic. Great writing.
