This was the first book that I have read by Lencioni. I enjoyed his writing style and his insights so much that I have recently purchased/ordered several more of his books.

I read this little fable just before entering middle management for the first time. After reading it I can say that I am so glad to have found this gem early on in my career.

This book is incredibly easy to read. It can be read in no time, but is best read slowly enough to allow you to digest its ideas. Lencioni does not introduce anything particularly groundbreaking in this book. His ideas are actually quite simple and perhaps that is the reason that they are so effective and so often overlooked.

This is a must-read for struggling managers looking to have happier and more productive employees. It is for successful managers who want to fine tune their people skills. And it is for any employee who wants to know what to look for if seeking a new job or hoping to make their current one better.

This is not snake oil or some cheesy self-help gimmick. It is common sense management ideas told in an entertaining way. It was fantastic and I highly recommend it.
