(Taken from book jacket)
ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL STORY OF MARY, MOTHER OF JESUS, AND HER REMEMBERANCES AS SHE AND THE DICIPLES WAIT FOR THE RESSURECTION OF CHRIST.
I purchased the book because I thought it would be similar to Two From Galilee by Marjoree Holmes. It was good, but not as well written as I expected. Ms. Carlson's Biblical/Salvation teaching was not as forth coming as I would have expected either. Please understand that I am a Bible Study teacher and I have to remember that not all Christian fictional writers are going to lay all of that out as some others ie. Peretti, Dekker, etc. Meaning, that they insert enough of the Bible to draw the interest of non-Christians as to bring them to the knowledge of Jesus Christ, but not so much as to turn them 'off'.
