The second in a series. This book highlights the benefits of friendship.
A few story lines going on, lots of conflict and suspense. Romance and the end of a very destructive marriage. The stresses of sucess and failure.
A small circle of friends really holds it all together through thick and thin - relying on each other, asking/refusing to ask for help, and in general bringing out all that's best.
A quick read and an enjoyable book.

Loved it.
Good story, but I noticed quite a few editing mistakes. Not really the author's fault (rather the editor's). For some reason the scenes with the abusive husband really bothered me -- Bostwick didn't sugar-coat any of the scenes. But overall a good story.
This story in engaging, entertaining, and enlightening. It addresses issues of domestic violence, personal growth, and the strength of friendship between women. Well written and enjoyable!
