Ok, the last Karen Kingsbury book I reviewed, I said it was the most touching book of hers I'd read so far. Boy was I wrong! This book will touch you in ways you don't think is possible. Thanks, Karen, for writing it for us!!

I really enjoyed this book, so much so that I started and finished it all in three and a half hours! I just couldn't put it down. I felt drawn to the characters and storyline. Maybe it's because I have a little bit of cowgirl in me. :) The story of love was powerful and moving, willing to sacrifice so much when you know it won't bring a lifetime of together. I would recommend this book to anyone, especially those new to Karen Kingsbury.

A touching, simple, and beautifully romantic story. I enjoyed it a lot. The struggles of the main characters reminded me to be grateful for what I have. A good read.

This was the first book that I read of Karen Kingsbury. I liked it a lot and will read more books by her. It is a story about young love...touching. It also brought to light how cystic fibrosis affects some children. I recommend the book.

Good clean romance. Not as engrossing as most of Kingsbury's books.

I am always a fan of a nice love story and this one was amazing. It was a beautiful story. It was more real than a lot of other love stories because the main characters are not perfect. It made me think that I'm not perfect but that won't stop me from falling in love one day.

I loved this book. I read it in a day. I could not put it down. Did cry the last couple of chapters though. Do not miss out on this one.

This was the first Karen Kingsbury book I read and I really liked it...and I don't even really like horses very much. It gives you a look at what people who have cystic fibrosis go through.

This is a very moving story of a young lady who is battling a terminal illiness. As always Karen Kingsbury writes a story that speaks to a woman's heart. You will laugh and cry with her. I highly recommend this book.

This is another excellent book from Ms. Kingsbury. The characters are very believable and the last part of the book makes you look at life from a different perspective. I highly recommend this book but warn you to have Kleenex by your side when you read the last few chapters. This is a book that I will read again in the future.

This was the first K Kingsbury I have read. It was a lovely sweet novel. The story went well through the romance but then ended way too fast.

This book is amazingly engaging, and the charcters are so, so easy to love. I often forget that I'm reading and feel like I'm just watching a movie- and this book would make a great movie. I think I'm heartless tho. I was really mad that Cody forgave his father. I really didn't feel like he deserved it. Wooptie doo, he gave blood. How does that fix 15 years of selfishness?

Kingsbury, a CBA bestselling author, delivers her signature mix of melodrama, formula and genuine emotional punch in this novel about two young rodeo stars and their experiences with Down syndrome and cystic fibrosis. Both characters are driven to succeed by a need to overcome hidden pain. Cody has suffered from besetting anger at both of his parents since the day his father left the family because he was unable to handle Cody's brother's Down syndrome. Ali, on the other hand, secretly has cystic fibrosis, and she rides in horse races despite the dust, hay and allergens associated with her sport, which will shorten her already brief life expectancy.
