I have already mailed this book out to someone but i dont have their name or adress anymore. I didnt click that i sent it out and the order got deleted from my account and there is no way for me to get credit unless i know who i sent the book out to so please if anyone has gotten it, leave me a message telling me. I would greatly appreciate it.

I was disappointed with this book. The subtitle ought to be "psychoanalysis from a Buddhist perspective," not "psychotherapy..." If you are expecting a book about integrating Buddhist ideas and practices with cognitive behavioral therapy (the kind of therapy most people get) you will be disappointed, too. But if you like Freud, this is for you.
