What is funny in a short column or blog becomes tiresome in novel length. Bicker, bicker, bicker - it got very old. The ending was contrived. Sections of the book were hilarious, and then there would be the nearly audible working of the author's brain trying to find a way to advance the ... um ... plot. If you liked Seinfeld on TV, you'll probably like this book better than I did.

Very VERY funny. Laugh out loud funny -- smart relationship humor. One of my favorite reads this year.
A cleverly written book about a couple living in England. It is amusingly written from the male point of view.

I almost gave up on this book after the first few chapters, but I'm glad I didn't. I would have missed out on annoying my husband by laughing so loudly that he couldn't hear the tv.
Oh, this was hysterical! A genuinely laugh-out-loud book. It was a crazy romantic comedy and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was quite absorbing. I definitely want to read his other books...
