Exceptional book that tells you how true masters of weight loss (those who not only lost the weight but have kept it off for many years)managed to not only lose the weight but keep it off. There are lots of tips to help all of us become masters of weight loss also.
I loved this book because it didn't tell you one way to lose weight and keep it off but told you about a number of different people and how they all managed to lose the weight and more importantly how they have managed to keep it off.

This is a wonderful book. Its not a diet how-to book but a book full of success stories of people who have lost weight.

Very good, practical advice, nothing "miraculous". Compared to some of the newer diet books, this one might sound a bit too simple- but it makes tons more sense. Can appeal to both men and women.
