The Discworld Novels are really funny.
A recent Discworld novel, so good I accidentally bought it twice! Features the "Monks of History" and Lu-Tze (as well as Death's granddaughter). I most remember it for the phrase "a perfect moment".
An extremely funny book in the Discworld series. Note you do not have to have read the series from the beginning to know what's going on, so feel free to jump into the Discworld with this book -- it was my first, and I just bought three new Discworld books today because I liked it so much!
