Great book. Great recipes, great guidelines, great suggestions for new & old dishes. A calm voice throughout what is often a hectic time. It's my go to book for all things Turkey (year round) and most things dinner party- whatever the season- related.
What's might be most telling about my high regard for Thanksgiving 101 is that later I also bought a copy of Xmas 101- and I don't even celebrate Christmas!
