This was a fun book even tho it is part of a series it is stand alone. The truth of poor choices and the ripple effect of those choices is real. The author makes you live and understand the feelings of those involved but she goes one step further and makes you think about choices I've made and helped me to forgive others as well as myself. Great read is all I can say.

This is ANOTHER GOOD BOOK...number ten, in a series about the good folks in Mule Hollow. Rose and her son were finding a comfortable place to live as part of the community and were working to make their dreams come true.
Then Texas Ranger, Zane Cantrell, shows up out of the blue, seeking restoration of a past love. But what he finds is a great shock.
A sweet, enjoyable story with humor and depth.
