I thought this was going to be just another Regency romance, but whew! what a major twist in the storyline! Without giving it away, there is a major infusion of the paranormal, but not so overwhelming as the typical paranormal stories. The plot and subplots are interesting, the major and minor characters are a hoot All in all, if you are getting tired of the average Regency romance, try this for fun - I recommend it!

I actually liked this book more then I expected too. I was a little worried when I first started it as the main character seemed very shallow and I originally thought she would be very hard to like. However she soon grew on me I ended up loving her wit and constant obsession with current fashion and even more current gossip. The romance between the two main characters was very touching and sweet. I also enjoyed the 'magical' aspects to this novel and I think even readers who do not normally like 'paranormal romace' will enjoy this novel. Definately worth the credit and the read.

If you liked Charlotte's story, you will LOVE this one!!! It was exciting from start to finish and I couldn't put it down!
