As an experienced Windows VISTA user I wasn't expecting to glean any new information, but I actually found useful information I'd overlooked. The cartoon format was fun, the screen shots helped in locating information/commands (important if you're a visual person), very little text was used on each page which made for a quick read, and the index made finding a particular topic very easy.
