I cooked from this book in my pre-vegan days. The recipes are quite delicious, and the photographs are really well done. I had no problems with any of the recipes. What I liked about this book is that, even though the book is geared towards appetizers ... most of the recipes can be also used as main entrees. It's just a matter of making more of them. For instance, I so loved the lemon garlic chicken. Good as appetizers, but even more delicious as an entree - I added angel hair pasta, and called it yum.

Would definitely recommend this book to others.
