The book includes an interesting variety of quotes from men from all walks of life. Some are from relatives of the author, others are from spiritual and political leaders from a wide span of time and from many different regions around the world. The author has some pretty insightful relatives. There is probably a quote in here for many different purposes. This is great for a quick glance periodically when times seem stressful or as a straight-through read to gain some general "fatherly" wisdom. The quotes are not sorted or grouped into any categories.
