I liked this book for it's truth and realism. It didn't pull any punches about how life was like for troopers during the Vietnam War. I had a couple of cousins who served over there along with several friends that I have worked with. They wouldn't talk about much of what went on but what little they would say matches extremely well with this book. It's not pretty but it is true to what I've learned otherwise. Don't expect any morals other than that tanks shold lead the way.
