It was published in 1982, however the information is just as relevant now as it was when first published. It was very helpful to me while raising my 2 sons. Gives ideas for nutritious, YET YUMMY, minimal to no salt or sugar ideas for snacks, lunches, and desserts. Over 200 recipes. Also advice on coping with milk allergies.
