While I agree that manners are good, and how one treats people is of utmost importance to ourselves and to the greater good, I found this book a bit annoying for some reason. Perhaps it's better read than listened to in the author's voice. She's British, and much of her complaint is with British public behavior.

It's only 1 CD though, and easily listened to in the car in a few trips around doing your chores. Some laughs, but not many. I guess it was not my cup o tea.
