This book is one for the series of mystery stories reprinted from the Alfred Hitchcock Mystery Magazine. The magazine is still in existence long after Mr. Hitchcock's death. Like others in this series this book contains a wide variety of mysteries. There are a few stories that have supernatural elements, and a few stories that are humorous.Ir you like mysteries, you will like this book.

Really no 'terror' in this book at all. The stories are most often about crime capers with ironic twist of fate endings where the smug baddies get their just desserts. Respectable enough stories, but by no means is there frights to be found in this collection.
