The book has the original Beatrix Potter illustrations and was the source of many bedtime stories for my children.
I just got this book in the mail and was VERY dissapointed that the ISBN info is slightly wrong- it's not a 2000 edition, it's a 1984 edition. I wanted a newer edition, so it would last longer. Otherwise, the stories are great for little ones.
