Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing is one of the funniest well written books you will ever read! Judy Bloom really makes the book seem real, so you think... is there really a Peter Hatcher with his little brother,Fudge, out there? Could all this really have happened to someone? When all the questioning goes through your head and you finish the book, you wish there was more to read and you CANNOT wait to read the next book in the series.

I remember reading this as a child and loving it. My 8 year old son has recently checked this out from the library, so I re-read it and found I still love it. My son is totally enjoying it, too! Tons of laughs!!

My 5th grader read this and laughed and laughed out loud at it. He said it was the best book that he had ever read. I have already ordered the other books that have these characters in them...Fudge, Otherwise Known as Sheila the Great, and others.

Living with his little brother, Fudge, makes Peter hatcher feel like a fourth Grade nothing.

Whether he's throwing a tempre tantrum in a shoe store, smearing mashed potatoes on the walls at Hamburger Heaven, or scribbling all over Peter's homework, Fudge is never far from trouble. He's a two-year-old terror who gets away with everything-and Peter's had enough.

When "Fudge" walks off with Dribble, Peter's pet turtle, it's the last straw. Peter's put up with Fudge too long. How can he get his parents to pay attention to him for a change?
