I love this series featuring Beatrix Potter and her assorted pets and friends at Hill Top Farm.

This second book in "The Cottage Tales" is as good as the first. Beatrix Potter makes another visit to the village of Sawry, and is soon embroiled in more mysteries. With the help of her animal friends, as well as her human ones, she helps start to unravel all of them, from trying to find some lost sheep, to what really happened to a neighboring farmer. Albert again displays such wonderful writing and plotting skills, this second book is not to be missed!

A lot of fun. While it may be fanciful it Albert is great at writing descriptions and the mystery is a lot of fun.
