This is an EXCELLENT book! It helped me so much in understanding my body, the signs to look for and how to keep track of the whole menstrual/fertility cycle with ease and complete understanding. Would recommend to anyone whether you want to understand fertility or just know and understand your body better.

I wish I had this information in my 20s. This book is like the trying to conceive bible. If you've been at it for a while just going on faith, then next cycle read this book. I have lent almost every copy out to TTC friends and somehow I don't get them back... it's that good. you will understand the best time to try to conceive after reading this book and following the method. on the other hand you can apply this method to a obtain a very effective non-chemical form of birth control. I think that if you do end up consulting a reproductive specialist then if you've done what this book suggests, you are ahead of the game and some of the problems may have already been discovered.

This book is very easy to read for those of us who aren't doctors. It gave me a ton of information that I never knew and cleared up a lot of myths. It gives in depth information on charting whether you are trying to conceive or trying to avoid. I find myself recommending this book to others all the time. I've read both the older and newer edition and while the newer edition is a little better, the older version is almost the same.
