As a woman who suffers from polycystic ovarian syndrome and its related symptoms, this book was a godsend. Not only did it help me learn enough about my cycles to successfully conceive twice, it also helped us prevent conception when we wanted to. Now that our family is complete, I am happy to pass this on to someone else who can learn from it. Excellent, excellent book. There is so much about the female body that we as women do not know!

This is an excellent book if your want to get pregnant or avoid pregnancy. Helped me to understand my cycles and how my body works. At 44 years old I learned so much that I wish I had known earlier in life. A must read for every female.

If you think you know your cycles? Think again. Toni Weschler brings it all to light in this highly informative book. After suffering through secondary infertility for 10 years, this book was a godsend. I'm giving mine up in hope that someone else will have the success that I did. Highly recommend!

This book is very easy to read for those of us who aren't doctors. It gave me a ton of information that I never knew and cleared up a lot of myths. It gives in depth information on charting whether you are trying to conceive or trying to avoid. I find myself recommending this book to others all the time. I've read both the older and newer edition and while the newer edition is a little better, the older version is almost the same.

Excellent book. A must have for all women! You learn so much about your body reading this book. Even if you decide not to practice Fertility Awareness Method (or Natural Family Planning) it can totally help you when you are trying to conceive. In my situation I don't react well to hormonal birth control and this can be 100% effective if you are tracking ALL of your signs (which is really really easy to do). In just a few minutes per day you can track all of your signs and know when you can't conceive and when you can.

Everything you would have thought your mother would have told you but she probably didn't understand either! I can't believe that I didn't know these things about woman. I sent this to my niece, but it worked for me in 2003 and it's worked for so many of my friends!
