This book is not as helpful as the description leads you to believe. It does very little to describe possible causes of your symptoms and each symptom has a ridiculous chart that goes something like this:
Does your head hurt? Yes --> Is there bleeding? --> Yes --> Go to the emergency room
Does your head hurt? Yes --> Is there bleeding? --> No --> Take some pain reliever
Take care of yourself and get Time-Life's Dr. Koop's guide instead. It's a much more detailed and informative book.
