An easy and entertaining read in which Philip Marlowe solves four murder/theft mysteries. None of which have "happily ever after" endings. But then that's the noir genre for you.
I've never met a Raymond Chandler book that didn't keep me fascinated. This one is no exception.
Can't go wrong with classic Chandler!
