It was good, but not great. There was an awful lot of the clan fights and warring factions than the actual romance of the two main characters. And you would have hoped she would make a friend, not just hide when James was away!

Time Travel Book. First book by this author.
"One minute, she's New York heiress and art curator Magda Deacon, enraptured by the striking Highlander captured in an old portrait. The next, she's falling through time to seventeenth-century Scotland. Infamous playboy James Graham, First Marquis of Montrose, doesn't know what to make of the strange woman who's tumbled-literally-into his life...and his bed."
An interesting romance story using actual Scottish heroes but giving them a different ending to their life. I enjoyed the book.
