I thought "Sweet Evil" was amazing, but the sequel ups the ante! Anna now has to pretend to working for her father, the Duke of Substance Abuse, while secretly trying to recruit other Nephilim to be allies against the upcoming fight against the Dukes. On top of that, Anna is now caught in a love triangle between Kopano, son of Wrath, who seems to be the perfect match for her; and Kaidan, who has her heart, but keeps pushing her away.
