Amber Montgomery ran away to Wayside, Oregon a Norman rockwell like town to heal from an abusive past and taken a new identity as the town's beloved caterer.

Paul Evens, a former D.C. cop living in Wayside as the Police Chief, the town is the perfect place to raise a his niece and nephew who have both lost their parents.

A misunderstand leaves Amber lock up in jail, the whole town start talking. The two find themselves as chaperons on some community youth camping trip finds love and the courage to confront their fears.

I liked this book, it was a good read.
