Somersizing is going great! My weight loss is slow but steady, and I'm really happy about it. The book explains everything very well, and while I haven't used too many of the recipes yet, I have good intentions of doing so. It is very realistic and a way of eating that I can envision following for the rest of my life.

It has testimonials from people that this way of eating has worked.Its basic principle is watching what you eat with what.It has some interesting looking recipes that I am copying to try.Teaches you to use suger substitutes.C arbs are ok if you put the right things with them.You can even have deserts.This diet would be great for a dibetic.
