A typical Phillip Margolin book - lots of characters, interesting, heavy story but a page turner. Even though the first 100 pages are complicated, it is non stop action about a ghost ship and the President's nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court. The book opens with one of the main characters on death row in Oregon for murdering her lover. She has appealed her case to the Supreme Court just when a prominent justice resigns, leaving a vacancy. Then another justice is mysteriously attacked.
