I love to listen to audiobooks but this one wasn't one I could listen to. Usually the quality of music on CDs is much better than on cassette tapes but this audiobook on CD was not very good. It seemed the volume of the narrator's voice was going up and down very slightly -- I took the CD out of my player to check it out but it looked okay. So that was the first thing I didn't like about this audiobook.
The second thing I didn't like was the narrator (David Stuart). His voice was just not something I wanted to listen to.
So I made it about half way through the first CD and called it quits. This might have been a good story by Robert Crais but I just couldn't listen to it.
