Was a very good read. Lots of good factual info, but also include plenty of hearsay. Plenty of good side stories, too.

Glen&Bessie Hyde disappeared on their honeymoon rafting adventure down the Colorado River in Nov 1928. Although an extensive search located thier wooden scow and equipment in calm waters, the bodies have never been found. A possible solution that emerged in the 1970's has only added to the mystery. Author/river rafter Brad Dimock recreated the Hyde's trip, using thier surviving journals and photos, making the perlious journey with his wife in a wooden scow replica identical to Glen Hyde's Idaho built craft. Fascinating account of one of the most enduring unsolved mysteries of the American Southwest!
