An excellent book for stretching. It covers specific sports and the best type of stretches for each. This is a classic for keeping limber and maintaining flexibility which is so important. Many of the stretches are familiar (the runner's stretch) as they are used in school sports programs but so much more is added to the ones commonly used. An excellent resource for all ages. I recommend it just to use to stretch before getting out of bed each day-you'll feel so much better.
