This particular book has become one of my all time favorites. It is not particularly saccharine in verbiage, but very solid, meaty material that changes with the days in a most wonderful way.
God is using this content in some wonderful way to speak to me again and again those words that are most needed for the circumstances I am in at that time. It so ministers to me and has opened up a deeper understanding of God's ways that gives me new and freeing insights in times of trial, testing and tribulation.
So effective it is that I have been ordering many copies to give to friends who are seeking a deeper and richer walk with Jesus and the Father and Holy Spirit. All of them have given me feedback as to how much it now means to them also.
A retired Professor of college history so enjoys the content presented in both prose and poetry. Well balanced and robustly filled with life giving words that it would seem that few there would be who would not enjoy and profit from using this book for their everyday morning meditations.
