This book is good if you like small bursts of action and mystery. The characters are like you threw some rich people in a pot and threw a lot of poor people in as well, and some middle class and bad economy, now you have 2/3 off characters. The other character is evil. The author has good characters and you get a good sense of where the story is taking place. The setting is around, 1706, give or take a few years. It's about a boy who is an orphan and he is found by a good but stern man named Perrault and given a name himself, Mamiam.(Review by Grandson)
