This book is awesome! I enjoyed this book as much as my children (8,11,&16) did. An author who can make the history of salt interesting and entertaining at the same time and for kids for that matter deserves a medal. This book has everything history, science, geography, and great tidbits of obscure facts. After reading this book to my kids, I can honestly say I learned something new today.
