This factual history book is so exciting! While reading this book to my son, we both wanted to get on a horse and be a part of the Pony Express delivering mail through the vast wilderness. This book has great pictures and tells the Pony Express story so well, with so much excitement. This is how history should be taught and learned. No dull textbooks for us.
I noticed my teens also found this to be a good book as they stopped what they were doing to listen to me read this to my youngest son.

Perfect for homeschoolers!
