This book has a nice concept into getting you to understand that you can change, and discover a new you that's waiting to emerge. This book is broken in to three parts. Part 1 is called Why you aren't getting what you want. Part 2 is the Method for becoming Powerful and getting what you want and Part 3 is Finding the Stamina to keep what you want.

To me this book was just ok. The way it's written in part 1 of the book I felt like I was being talked down to and it felt condescending, but other parts of the book can uplift you. She shows you that there are plenty of resources available to you to use, if you can just find what's holding you back.

Here is a nice quote from the book "Breaking from your usual response will put you in the fast lane to discovering a more powerful you" Insead of saying you can't focus on the you can! Mel Robbins makes you challenge your feelings and push through to a more powerful you.
