I picked this book up after dealing with some irritating, chronic symptoms for the last couple of years. It's an easy, interesting read but after the first chapter or two, I was pretty skeptic about this, but not anymore. I didn't employ all of their tactics, but just reading about and adapting a few of their recommended coping mechanisms really worked. Reading this book changed my attitude quite a bit about my symptoms and helped me realize a bit of truth about myself. Well worth the small amount of effort!
