I loved Carnie's "voice" in this book. Down to earth and friendly, I felt I was sitting across the sofa, talking to an old friend. Some of the things she said made me giggle because I could hear MYSELF saying the exact same things! Even though Carnie has gained back half of the weight she originally shed, I still think she is a wonderful role model for women everywhere.
