This is a continuation of her series. Although it can be read as a stand alone, in order to know and understand all the characters, it's helpful to read the previous books. I've enjoyed every one of them.

Lilly likes to play with her friends and not help her mother with her younger siblings. When her aunt invites her to visit the city, Lilly is excited to go. A train crash causes her parents to rush off to search for her.
I took this book out at the library without realizing that it was book 2 (Sweetwater Run is book 1) but I had read the Troublesome Creek series by the author, so the characters were familiar to me. Overall, I liked the book and it was rather interesting.
