This is basically a biography/basic bibliography of Stephen King up to the prepublication of Bag of Bones back in 1998. Beam definately reveres King and it showsin his writing. Much of what was in here had been published before, so if you are a longtime King fam, there is definetely familiarity with the subect matter. Even so, I was very engaged with the book and would definetely recommend it to anyone interested in learning about the man behind the stories.
