I really liked this one. I had read "Just a Taste" and absolutely hated it but enjoyed the fourth one in the series quite a bit (can't recall the name now). So I was uncertain how this one was going to be.
It is a fairly simple book with nothing heavy. Lilah Jane was loveable in a small town Southern way. Devon was a stubborn jerk but somehow he worked really well with Lilah. The addition of his son made him more likeable. My only complaint was that Lilah Jane's constant references to Shakespeare or Jane Erye was really lame. It almost came across as Edwards showing off trying how literate she was.
Fun, little book.
