If you like a good suspenseful mystery, a book that keeps you interested through the book, and using your skills to figure out "who-done-it" before the end you will like this book.

I started this thinking I wouldn't get hooked -- and I loved it! It's a very well constructed mystery, and her second and third books are already on my WL!
Highly recommended.
Highly recommended.
A great book I couldn't put down. As Riley starts on a story for the news; it gets more and more intriguing. I love how she makes you believe that who her character thinks is the murders you do too. In the end you see all the tell tale signs of who it really was. The other news story is incorporated well as well as her past history. I can't wait to start her next book. I read a review saying if you like Janet Evanovich you'll love Julie Kramer, and it was right.
I tried very hard to like this book, wanted to get familiar with a new character BUT by page 160 I just couldn't continue----it moves very slow and the main story of the Susan's gets kind of lost in between all the other 'news' she comes up with, also there is so much background about everything and then it's repeated so much it just gets boring trying to wade through all the repeat and going back and forth between all the different storylines---didn't find anything very likeable about any of the characters---doubt I try Kramer again---oh--and if you compare her to Evanovich? I don't read her books either.
Fun read that has a style similar to Sophia Kinsella.
